IT Talent is looking to expand our headquarters based in Reading due to large expansion plans. We are seeking Recruitment Consultants to work within teams including Technology, Support and Software. Your role will involve:

1. Speaking with seeking new business
2. Sourcing candidates
3. Managing the recruitment lifecycle
4. Market mapping
5. Meeting with clients
6. Negotiating terms of business

This isn't all about 'cold calling'; instead you will deliver a consultative sales approach to your client base whilst utilising Social Media platforms and an established CRM system to attract and place top talent!
