The Role:

As an IT Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for 1st and 2nd line IT support, providing high-quality, white-glove service to senior stakeholders and teams in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with global IT teams to ensure seamless IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and proactively enhance the IT experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users in the London office, ensuring a smooth and professional IT experience.
2. Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Intune, and MDM solutions for laptops and mobile devices.
3. Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and video conferencing systems.
4. Manage user accounts, security policies, and remote access tools.
5. Work collaboratively with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
6. Maintain a proactive and flexible mindset, ensuring IT operations run smoothly in a fast-moving corporate environment.
7. Assist with IT onboarding, hardware provisioning, and liaising with 3rd-party vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2-5 years of experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role.
2. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM solutions.
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders in a professional, white-glove manner.
4. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
5. A team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
6. Experience with networking, remote access solutions, and video conferencing tools is a plus.
