Who You Are:

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is straightforward and designed to respect your time while assessing your skills effectively:

Initial Interview: A chance to get to know you and discuss your experience.

Coding Exercise: Complete a small Ruby on Rails exercise at home. The exercise should take 30-120 minutes, depending on your experience.
