Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives
2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department and IT infrastructure
3. Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
4. Assess and manage technology risks and ensure data security and compliance with regulations
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and support business processes
6. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
7. Oversee IT budgets and resource allocation to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Proven experience in an IT leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and technology management
3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and software development lifecycle
4. Experience managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions that drive business success
7. Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or CISSP) are a plus
