Invision360 is a growing SaaS start-up searching for a dynamic individual who can be part of our energetic, friendly, driven and focused team. We’re specifically looking for a CTO who will lead and develop Invision360’s tech team in delivering best in class software products to the public sector customers. Requirements

• 5 years or more in technical leadership or management roles
• Experience leading remote teams
• Experience building technical teams for organisational effectiveness
• 10 years or more in hands-on product development and technical design for a variety of software applications, with a proven track record of delivering complex products and solutions
• Experience in conducting technological analyses and research to define product strategy
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with agile development (Scrum)
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Invision360’s tech team in delivering best in class software products to the public sector customers
• Responsible for hiring/managing the team and delivering software products and data assets per requirements - doing so on time and within budget
• Build and manage world-class tech infrastructure
• Research and implement optimal software development approaches
• Work with product leads and others internally to agree on product specifications, data needs and development and deployment objectives
• Ensure that Invision360’s tech activities comply with all applicable regulations, security and data protection requirements and best practices
• Work with product and operations leads and other team members, as well as Invision360’s advisors and shareholders to influence the strategy and direction for the business
• Determine necessary tech budget to accomplish strategy and goals - managing the approved budget and team
