We are looking for a driven individual to support our dynamic IT team. AVL UK Limited delivers high tech solutions to support the most advanced automotive, motorsport and commercial vehicle development programs.
At AVL UK ITS, we offer advanced technical solutions, then integrate them into the facilities and operations of our customers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Description
This is a varied position involving both reactive and proactive support for IT equipment and software, owning and managing issues through to resolution for colleagues. As the IT Analyst, you will be tasked with providing support to colleagues that are office-based and remote, with potential for occasional onsite visits to customer locations. Supporting IT and communications systems installed at AVL UK offices and remote customer sites ensuring their reliability and efficiency for colleagues. The IT Analyst is full time office-based and first point of contact for colleagues reporting issues and seeking advice. Providing high quality customer service and communications in a timely manner is important.

General Information
