Location: London or Barcelona (with travel across the UK & Europe)

Join Dow Jones as an Inside Sales Associate II and play a key role in driving business growth in the Energy and Chemical Market Analytics sector. You will engage with senior executives, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to exceed targets.
  • Build relationships with existing clients and new prospects, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct effective presentations and sales calls to all levels of decision-makers.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce, tracking sales activity and customer engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including renewals, new business development, and referrals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to support business strategy.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, ensuring a deep understanding of the Energy and Base Chemicals industries.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • A proven track record in managing end-to-end sales for new and renewal business.
  • Experience selling information services or software solutions.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • High level of organisation and efficiency, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Energy or Base Chemicals industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
