IFA Administrator
£27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Our client, a vibrant and growing financial firm based in Chelmsford, is on the lookout for a dynamic IFA Administrator to become an integral part of their team.

  1. Processing business submissions within set service level agreements
  2. Submitting new business to providers and managing enquiries
  3. Liaising with clients and providers for any outstanding information
  4. Conducting one-month checks to ensure submission completeness
  5. Assisting with account-related enquiries, including clawbacks and commission queries
  6. Tracking business succession and monitoring shared inboxes
  7. Acting as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries
  8. Supporting the team during staff absences with mandatory daily tasks
  9. Overseeing the deceased client process, ensuring communication and documentation are managed effectively
  10. Managing initial advice meeting processes and maintaining client files
  11. Providing clients with requested information and updates
  12. Monitoring risk assessments and following up with clients
  13. Issuing confirmation letters and managing document requests
  14. Ensuring annual cleansing of hard copy files
