Role Description:

Kantar Media is seeking an organised, proactive, and driven individual to join the HR Team. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery and providing high-quality, timely, and proactive HR Lifecycle support across the organisation. In some regions you may also be involved in supporting the set-up of HR Processes and systems. Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage international employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, maintenance of employee files, payroll and benefits administration and off-boarding.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with employee data and support reporting needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies across all HR operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support audits by preparing required documents and records related to HR operations.
  • Manage end-to-end international payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely salary delivery.
  • Work with our payroll provider to ensure payroll processes align with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support benefits administration resolving queries from managers, HR colleagues or employees.
  • Facilitate seamless payroll transitions during onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Support Managers and Employees on best practice application of employee relations policies.
  • Support with Managers and HRBPs with employee relations documentation (letters, policies, performance improvement plans, etc.), management of ER cases and investigations.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Talent Acquisition sourcing/screening support in local language as and when required.

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR environment, with knowledge of local HR policies and employment law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in managing payroll processes, benefits administration and relevant local legislation, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
  • Strong ability to establish, drive, and maintain high service standards, ensuring consistent excellence in all HR functions.
  • Proficient in using HR and payroll systems (Workday / Service Now / Jira / ADP etc) or quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Demonstrates a strong drive for personal development and efficiency, consistently seeking opportunities for growth. Motivated to bring fresh ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and supportive, working effectively with others to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Exceptional focus on accuracy, ensuring thoroughness and precision in all aspects of work.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery in accordance with agreed-upon standards.
  • Ability to interpret data effectively for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to create clear, engaging presentations and confidently present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
