We have partnered with one of the country’s leading academic day schools in Middlesex, seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager for maternity cover to join a small yet dynamic HR team.
You will take the lead on ER cases and play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the school. This varied role includes managing employee relations, all aspects of HR administration, supporting recruitment, and advising staff on policies and procedures.
The successful HR Manager will be educated to GCSE level including English & Maths, coupled with CIPD Level 5 or above. You will have experience of working as a HR lead in a school environment, with particular knowledge of employee relations case work. You will bring expertise of employment law, policy and procedure, ideally with an understanding of the independent school sector.
We are seeking a highly organised and approachable individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
