Tandem Partners are delighted to partner with a very high growth Technology business as they expand on a local and global scale.

Melbourne CBD Location 4 days per week onsite, 1 day from home. 30 days annual leave allowance.

The opportunity

With high growth on a local and global scale, they are now looking to recruit a HR Manager with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a fast paced and high change environment. Requiring an experienced leader who can support the growth and development of the wider team, this is a critical hire working closely with the Australian leadership team. With responsibility for HR Operations, this role will also be focused on project work to optimise HR Process and Systems.

What is required

My client is seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable and results-driven, with a strong commitment to creating a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Generalist, with experience across organisational change management, talent development, workforce planning, and managing the employee lifecycle.

You will also have a proven track record of building solid relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership. Experience in a fast paced, high-growth setting, especially within the tech or gaming industry would be a bonus.
