Job description

Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Rugby, UK (5 days on-site)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: Up to £28 per hour PAYE (equivalent to £53,872 annually)

Our client is a leading provider of innovative technologies for low-carbon electricity production. With over 50 years of experience, they specialize in designing, building, and maintaining advanced equipment for reliable and efficient power generation, serving numerous power plants globally.

They are actively seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to support their payroll migration project. This role is crucial in ensuring that project deadlines are met and milestones are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in understanding payroll systems, with some global experience being advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the payroll migration project, ensuring all deadlines are met and milestones are reached.
  • Provide expert advice and support on payroll systems.
