Title: HR Advisor
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Leeds

JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a HR Advisor to join team.

Responsibilities:

1. Help employees understand HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Keep the HR system up to date with accurate data and reports.
3. Manage employee records and ensure they follow data protection rules.
4. Help develop HR programs that improve employee engagement and company culture.
5. Support activities that promote employee well-being, including mental health, physical health, and diversity.
6. Assist managers with investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare meetings.

Skills & Experience Needed:

1. Experience working in an HR role, preferably as an HR Advisor or similar.
2. Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while staying professional.
4. Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
