HR Administrator – Fixed Term Project

Location: Warford site, Mill Lane, Alderley Edge. SK9 7UD
Contract: Fixed Term (6 months)
Hours: 37.5 hours
Salary: £23,901.08 (Pro Rata)

About The Role
As a temporary HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and secure transition of HR records to a digital format. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scanning and digitising paper personnel records into electronic files.
  • Ensuring records are stored correctly and securely.
  • Preparing paper records for destruction in line with GDPR guidelines.
  • Transferring information from the existing Single Central Record (SCR) to a new format.
  • Locating and inputting additional required data into the updated SCR.

You will be working closely with our HR Business Partner, ensuring that all records are accurate, organised, and compliant with regulations.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have:

  • IT skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail – Ensuring all records are digitised and stored accurately.
  • Organisational skills – Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality – Respectful handling of sensitive HR data in line with GDPR.
  • Initiative – Proactively identifying and solving problems.
  • Communication skills – Approachable and helpful when dealing with colleagues.

Previous experience in an HR environment is desirable but not essential.
