We are at the heart of all things food & hospitality at one of our High end law firm locations in Leeds City Centre. Modern employee dining and corporate hospitality is on offer and the Hospitality Manager/Deputy General Manager will be hands on to primarily manage the hospitality services but will also deputise for the General Manager, leading a dynamic team of 8 BaxterStorey employees.

Job Description

  1. Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
  2. Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
  3. Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
  4. Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
  5. Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience that would suit a high end location similar to this operation
  2. 5 star standard hotel or leading corporate hospitality catering background desired
  3. Commercially aware
  4. Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
  5. You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
  6. Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
  7. Excellent delegation and influencing skills
  8. Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
  9. Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
  10. Concise and effective verbal and written communication
  11. Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
  12. Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
  13. Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
