Are you an experienced Registered Manager who is actively looking for a new opportunity?
One of the UK's largest care organisations is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who specialises in elderly and dementia care.
My client is looking for a strong manager who has good communication and leadership skills. The company has a domiciliary care service based across the UK; however, this role will oversee the South of London. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all these services. The Care Homes currently have a poor CQC rating, and it is an essential aspect of the chosen candidate's job description to improve these ratings.
The chosen candidate requirements:
- Elderly and Dementia specialist
- Strong CQC background
- Good leadership skills
- NVQ Level 5
