We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join our Children's Community Service as a Team Lead for the School aged Speech and Language Therapy team.
This full-time, permanent position is based in Milton Keynes, and offers the chance to be part of a small, supportive team while making a real difference to children and families in the school aged community.
In this key role, you will support the Service Manager in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to children with a variety of Speech and Language Therapy needs. As Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Speech and Language Therapists, offering clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Service Manager, assisting with team coordination, performance monitoring, and service development.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 a year (pro rata if part time)
