We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing performance clothing brands in the UK. Based in the creative hub of the Northern Quarter, Manchester, this role places you at the heart of innovation, working with a dynamic team to shape the future of performance wear.

Graphic Designer - Role Overview

In this role, you will:

1. Work closely with the graphics team to design performance-driven apparel and accessories from concept to launch.
2. Create precise tech packs and CAD drawings to ensure clear communication with suppliers.
3. Develop and refine graphics, typography, and branding elements in line with the brand's identity.
4. Maintain and update a graphics archive and brand guidelines.
5. Research emerging trends in performance fashion and translate them into fresh, innovative designs.
6. Participate in fit sessions and collaborate with suppliers to bring designs to life.
7. Contribute to campaign planning and content creation, enhancing the brand's storytelling across various platforms.

What We're Looking For

1. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the performance, fashion, or sportswear industries.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects).
3. A solid understanding of tech pack creation, typography, and branding design.
4. Knowledge of CAD drawing and its role in apparel design.
5. A strong creative portfolio showcasing work across apparel, accessories, and graphics.
6. Photography and content creation experience are a plus.
7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. A passion for creating designs that combine functionality and aesthetics.
