We are a dynamic design studio based in the vibrant creative hub of Ancoats, Manchester. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional creative solutions that help our clients stand out and succeed in their markets. We operate a design subscription model, providing our clients with unlimited design work for a fixed monthly fee. Our methodology is structured so that each designer works exclusively with two client subscriptions, allowing for deep understanding of client needs and focused creative output.

The Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be assigned exclusively to two client subscriptions, becoming their dedicated design resource. This focused approach means you'll develop an in-depth understanding of these clients' brands, industries and requirements while building strong working relationships with their teams.

Our subscription model enables you to become a true extension of your clients' teams, with the unique opportunity to deliver consistent, high-quality design work on an ongoing basis. You'll manage all design requirements for your two assigned clients, ensuring exceptional creative standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the dedicated designer for two client subscriptions
2. Create compelling visual designs across multiple formats including digital, print and social media
3. Develop deep knowledge of your assigned clients' brands, markets and objectives
4. Manage all design requests for your two clients, prioritising work effectively
5. Work efficiently within established brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to elevate client brands
6. Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and objectives
7. Maintain consistent design quality while working at pace
8. Present and articulate design concepts clearly to internal teams and occasionally to clients
9. Stay current with design trends and best practices
10. Contribute to internal creative discussions and brainstorming sessions
11. Continuously refine and improve design processes for efficiency

Requirements

1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a professional design environment
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
3. Experience with digital design tools such as Adobe XD
4. Understanding of brand guidelines and how to work effectively within them
5. Knowledge of print production and digital design requirements
6. Strong typography and layout skills
7. Strong branding skills and understanding
8. Ability to balance the needs of two clients simultaneously
9. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with efficient turnarounds
