We're seeking a talented designer to join our Marketing Team, where you'll play a key role in shaping our brand's online presence and customer experience. What You'll Do

1. Be the guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including typography, photography, and digital UX.
2. Design and manage marketing materials such as email templates, social media graphics (static & video), and policy documentation.
3. Create engaging static and video content for social media and mobile applications.
4. Design web pages, app screens, templates, and widgets to enhance digital experiences.
5. Support app and portal design development, collaborating with front-end developers on new features.
6. Oversee relationships with external agencies and manage freelance designers.
7. Develop corporate assets, including branded PowerPoint templates and other business materials.

What You'll Need

1. Versatility to design across multiple mediums, including email, web, mobile apps, print, and video.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar design tools).
3. A creative vision with the ability to independently evolve and enhance design styles.
4. Confidence in reviewing and ensuring all business content aligns with brand guidelines.
5. A strong understanding of how design decisions impact key business metrics.
