Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer at Crux, your focus will be as brand owner to support the business with a variety of creative tasks: Internal graphic design with print and digital outputs; Crux brand asset development; pitch deck creation; video reel creation and editing; and where required, motion graphic work.
This role is part of the design team at Crux and requires the ability to independently manage requests from the commercial team, the design team and the wider business. You will take projects from concept to completion autonomously, while receiving guidance, feedback, and support from senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for owning the development of brand assets for Crux in physical and digital formats and will support internal and externally facing cross-functional campaigns by crafting compelling print and digital, video and animated outputs.
