The Graduate Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a well-established, national consultancy with a growing Brighton office, the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work on an exciting variety of projects across commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors, handling projects from 1m - 100m.

This close-knit team is set to double in size within the next year, creating unparalleled career progression opportunities. You'll gain exposure to Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, and Bank Monitoring services, giving you a well-rounded skill set and a strong foundation for achieving chartership.

With a structured APC programme and direct mentorship from Chartered professionals, this is the perfect role for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor who wants to develop their expertise, build confidence, and take their career to the next level.

The Ideal Candidate

• Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Work experience with a UK Consultancy is highly desirable but not crucial
• A valid UK driving license
• Local to Brighton area
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
