Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented operations professional to oversee multi-market media operations and coordinate cross-functional workstreams. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of global media processes to regions and markets whilst having an understanding on data analysis and media platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Coordinate and manage multi-market workstreams, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central contact point between external (clients & agency partners) and internal (EM Regions & Markets), across planning, and buying, to maintain delivery of Global agenda and address client needs promptly.
  3. Process Implementation: Develop and maintain streamlined workflows to optimize communication and operational efficiency across teams.
  4. Data Reporting & Automation: Act as the key contact for global reporting queries (e.g. media data aggregation), working with data teams to automate reporting and enhance programmatic capabilities.
  5. Digital Tools & Systems: Support the global rollout of tech stacks (e.g. hero tools for audience and budget planning) and onboard new markets or team members.
  6. Measurement & Reporting: Explore and implement new measurement tools (e.g., ROI modeling, cross-screen analysis) to improve planning and output.
  7. Budget Management: Manage global fee budgeting processes, including roll-ups, billing, and tracking, to ensure financial accuracy.
Core Focus Areas:
  1. Efficient Delivery & WoW: Drive global team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency through structured connects, efficient processes, and centralized resource management.
  2. Data & Technology: Collaborate with Choreograph to deliver the 2025 media aggregation program, ensuring efficient data management, automation, taxonomy evolution, and deployment of innovative tools like Open Media Studio and AI Assistants to drive operational innovation.
  3. Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by managing agency surveys, coordinating action plans to ensure client satisfaction and market progress.
  4. Commercial & Finance: Oversee global SOW scoping, costing, and compliance, ensuring alignment on additional scopes, tracking investments, and driving onboarding, training and compliance across regions.
Key expectations for the first year:
  1. First 3 Months: Develop a strong understanding of the media solutions landscape and key challenges. Support the deployment plan for Open Media Studio aligned with Bayer’s brand communications strategy.
  2. First 6 Months: Build strong relationships with Bayer stakeholders and market leads. Lead training, rollout, and implementation of Open Media Studio across 12 focus markets. Own reporting dashboards and data aggregation while enhancing automation and operational efficiency.
  3. First 12 Months: Establish best practices for Open Media Studio adoption, identify key improvement areas, and implement an action plan for operational excellence. Drive data integration and media aggregation initiatives to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction while aligning with global transformation goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Significant experience in project management, media operations, or a related field.
  2. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, task-oriented mindset.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Familiarity with media planning, buying, and digital tools is a plus.
  6. Understanding and experience in data aggregation and media solution technology, with the ability to translate data insights into operational improvements.
