The Role:

We’re currently recruiting for a Media Campaign Operations Manager within our Commercial Partnerships team to help us take things to the next level.

About You

  • The Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for the set-up, management, and optimisation of advertising campaigns across various media touchpoints.
  • You will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and analysing digital advertising campaigns on behalf of our partners to ensure their on-time delivery and successful execution.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external marketing teams to gather campaign KPIs and targeting requirements, as well as act as their first point of contact for technical set-up.
  • You will lead the implementation of digital ad campaigns, ensuring accurate set-up across multiple ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
  • You will monitor ad campaign performance, analyse and report on key metrics, and identify areas for optimisation to improve effectiveness, such as amending targeting, implementation of additional ad creatives, and assessing bidding strategy.
  • You will advise internal and external creative resource on required advertising specifications, and run checks to ensure ad creatives comply with industry standards, platform guidelines, and best practice implementation.
  • You will generate regular campaign tracking reports, evaluate trends, and provide performance updates and recommendations to the Senior Media Strategist to enhance campaign outcomes or identify any performance concerns.

What you will bring

  • Prior experience working within a media agency or equivalent executing digital media campaigns, including ad trafficking and tagging, with ideally Ad Ops experience.
  • A robust understanding of the current digital and social marketing landscape.
  • Proficiency in Digital and Social Ad tools, including Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with Meta/TikTok/Pixel implementation and Google Tag manager.
  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, ad exchanges, and DSPs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Natural self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and to strict delivery deadlines, and with a drive for achieving results.
  • An interest and understanding of the Football/Sporting landscape is desirable.
