Job Description:

Global MICE Business Development Manager – International Hotel Group

Location: Northwest England (Remote Working Position)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus

Reporting to the Global Director of Sales, the Global MICE Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the sales strategy and carrying out proactive sales activity for the hotel division within the group for the UK market. Focus of this position will be on driving new Corporate and MICE business into the portfolio through KPI’s, cold calling and client meetings.

Responsibilities
  1. Research and identify new sales leads.
  2. Ensure you have a strong pipeline of opportunities and effectively manage the sales journey.
  3. Work with the MICE team to execute a sales strategy to drive growth and provide customers with a motivating and exemplary sales experience.
  4. Achieve defined sales objectives and targets in the UK through a targeted sales plan and proactive management of key account performance.
  5. Conduct cultivation events and sales presentations.
  6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  7. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel brand and services.
