The General Manager's responsibilities include ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality and person-centred care, managing staff recruitment, retention, and development, acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe staffing levels, providing inspirational leadership and management, and managing costs within budgetary controls.
