Exciting Opportunity for an Ambitious General Manager!

If you are a driven General Manager seeking a dynamic opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you! In this position, you will oversee all aspects of our Hospitality, Staff Dining, and Retail operations, ensuring they run effectively and within agreed SLAs.

• Daily oversight of team
• Effective management of client and stakeholder relationships
• Directing day-to-day catering operations
• Reviewing standards and improving processes, with an emphasis on best practices
• A hands-on approach to management, ensuring smooth operations
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness are key
• Developing and managing a network of internal relationships to exceed customer expectations
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the contract
• Communicating efficiently and effectively with all levels of staff
• Ensuring compliance with HSE & Food Safety regulations

• Strong financial, commercial, and business knowledge
• Confidence in your abilities and competence in management
• Excellent people leadership skills, with a track record of engaging and motivating diverse teams
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
