We're looking for a General Manager for a food-led community site on the outskirts of Leicester. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Glen Parva Manor is a Grade 2 listed manor house which dates back to 1452. The pub is situated on the outskirts of Leicester with glorious fields on one side and houses on the other. There is a lovely big garden which is hugely popular during the summer months and sunny days, with a children's play area and also suitable for dog walkers. There are a number of different aspects to the business which offers full table service in one side of the pub, to the bar area which shows TNT sports.

The Glen Parva's average sales are around £35,000 per week with a split of 45/55 slightly in favour of food. The pub is quite seasonal, and sales can fluctuate from £20k during quieter weeks in January to over £40k during the summer. We are looking for a strong and experienced GM who is used to dealing with high food and wet volume.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3-bedroom management flat above the pub.
