Fire & Security Service Engineer

Location:
Stoke-On-Trent/Staffordshire

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 + overtime, travel and on-call (salary negotiable dependent on experience)

Earning Potential: £36,000 - £45,000

Must have at least 2-3 years' experience in servicing/maintaining:

1. Security/Intruder Alarm Systems (Galaxy) preferably a variety of different system types
2. CCTV systems (Analogue and IP)
3. Fire Alarm Systems (Advanced/Kentec) preferably a variety of different system types (Addressable & Conventional)
4. Access Control Systems (Paxton)

Experience fault-finding and/or installing of the above systems is an advantage.

Also required:

1. A positive attitude and willingness to learn
2. Excellent attendance record in previous employment
3. Computer literacy (our engineers use PDAs)
4. Willingness to undergo security screening (as per industry standard)

Day-to-day tasks:
Routine maintenance and corrective call-out jobs to electronic fire & security systems at a range of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites. The role is Monday-Friday with an on-call rota for out of hours.
