Hays Senior Finance have been retained by a family-owned SME manufacturing business in the Worcestershire area as they look to appoint a new Financial Controller on a permanent basis. The company has experienced strong levels of growth in recent years and, as such, are keen to bring in an experienced individual who has aspirations of becoming a Finance Director in the future.
Your new role
Reporting into the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading on all finance and accounting operations locally whilst managing a small, well-established team.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum and the chance to join an excellent, local business in Worcestershire. This is a great opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable finance professional who has ambitions of becoming a Finance Director within the next 12-18 months. You will be comfortable working from an office as the role is 5 days per week onsite.
