This is a terrific opportunity for a Financial Controller ideally with experience of manufacturing / process costing / standard costing - to join a consumer product business based out of Stoke.

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for forging a critical business partnering relationship with key leaders across production, supply chain and others, whilst also managing a small team to produce accurate, timely and relevant financial information to drive company performance.

The successful candidate will be a curious and diligent individual and will have:

• An accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
• Experience of financial reporting and controls within a similar environment
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• A curious and commercial approach with an interest in supporting the business to achieve its goals
