Financial Controller, Head of Finance

Your New Role
As the new Financial Controller, you will report to the CFO but will take full charge of the finance function. This will include:

1. Developing strategic financial plans, targets, and objectives.
2. Overseeing and enhancing all accounting processes and procedures.
3. Managing budgets and forecasts.
4. Taking ownership of the treasury FX strategy.
5. Working with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Leading systems development and implementation.
7. Reporting to investors and supporting the CFO in gaining further funding to continue growth.
8. You will manage one Accountant, but this is a hands-on Controller role with an exciting twist, as you will also be supporting the CFO with funding and growth strategies. This job offers career progression to become a Finance Director.

What You'll Need to Succeed

1. ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified Accountant.
2. Experience with start-ups, Series A or B, and PE investment businesses.
3. Ability to perform hands-on accounting and implement procedures and processes.
4. Team player and ambitious.
5. Experience in the SaaS or Technology industry is beneficial but not essential.
