Finance Manager

Location: Witham

Temp-perm opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while driving cost efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial accounting, reporting, and audits.
2. Oversee budgets, cash flow, payroll, VAT, and HMRC returns.
3. Analyze financial data, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
4. Supervise accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, and statutory accounts.
5. Develop relationships with auditors, banks, and statutory bodies.

Requirements:

1. AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
2. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in Sage, Paperless, Excel, and financial software.
4. Experience in financial management and compliance.
