Your new role
The Finance Manager role will support the Group Financial Controller in managing the monthly financial processes of Robertson Group Limited and Robertson Group Holdings Limited. This role will provide valuable working experience across the wider Robertson business, financial reporting, and business processes. The Finance Manager will work closely with the senior finance team and liaise with external audit, tax consultants, and external funders.

What you'll need:
You'll be a qualified chartered accountant, ideally having worked in a similar organization and group environment. You'll have the ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team, along with the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach. The right candidate will be able to identify and implement process improvements, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be computer literate and numerate.
