Job description
A Senior Family Lawyer is sought by a long established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm now recognised as one of this region’s leading names.
Described as very forward thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm wish to grow substantially in the next twelve months.
The Family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of issues including:
- Divorce and separation
- Ending a civil partnership
- Unmarried couples, ending an unmarried or cohabiting relationship
- Resolving the financial issues on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and separation
- Resolving children issues including parenting arrangements and relocation abroad
- Relationship agreements including living together/cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, declarations of trust/property ownership agreements and separation agreements
- Injunctions
- Collaborative law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
Due to succession planning, they now wish to attract an additional member of the team to join with a view to heading the department in the not too distant future.
Ideally, this person would need at least 5 years PQE and come from either a regional or London background, looking to join a firm with clear prospects for advancement.
