A Family/Childcare law team at this firm in South East London are currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor of 5 years + PQE.
Experience to include running your own caseload to include:
- Representing children in both Public and Private Law
- Conducting complex Public Law proceedings
- Advocacy
- Emergency protection orders
- Care orders
- Supervision orders
- Special guardianship orders (including advice upon support plans)
- Adoption matters
Ideally, you will be a Childcare Panel Member or working towards this qualification.
