  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and high-level engagements.
  • Strategic tasks such as project management or conducting research.
  • General tasks to aid the efficient running of the business including meet and greet of external clients and visitors.
Experience
  • Proven demonstrable experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience working within an SME environment is an advantage but not essential.
  • Keen business acumen and high levels of proficiency with office tools.
  • Able to understand company priorities and align actions with organisational goals.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing business and personal needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and discretion due to the personal nature of tasks required.
