Enterprise Account Executive – Software
London - Hybrid
£85-90k Base, Uncapped £170-180k OTE + Executive Benefits

Our client is a leading solution provider delivering software and professional services for managing risk, compliance, and safety. With an impressive client base across public and private sectors, they offer a robust portfolio of professional support and software/SaaS services for large-scale projects. Their capabilities span health and safety, fire safety, accessibility, emergency planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive based in London.

Enterprise Account Executive responsibilities:
  1. Lead the strategic sales process, focusing on direct sales, tenders, and partnership development.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized enterprises across various verticals.
  3. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our software and professional services.
  6. Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  7. Support the opening of new business opportunities and market expansions.
  8. Maintain a strategic mindset and positive approach to achieve enterprise-level sales results.
Enterprise Account Executive skills, traits, and experience:
  1. Proven track record in handling large-sized deals and tenders at enterprise level.
  2. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  3. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to engage and influence key decision-makers.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Knowledge of the risk, compliance, and safety landscape within the built environment and facilities sectors is highly desirable.

  7. Experience managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets.

Enterprise Account Executive Rewards:
  1. Competitive base salary of £85-90k.
  2. High/uncapped first-year OTE of £170-180k.
