Are you an Engineering Shift Leader or similar, looking to join an industry leading manufacturer where you will be responsible for managing 14 engineers, with opportunities to undergo further qualifications whilst being the go-to technical expert on site?

In this role you will be managing a team of Engineers and Apprentices, with a focus on continuous improvement of the team and the factory floor. You will plan and execute internal engineering projects whilst overseeing the team through implementing and maintaining best practice.

The Role

• Managing a team of 14 engineers
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Recognising training needs in the team
• Production environment
• Rotating shift pattern covering nights (7 PM - 7 AM), days (7 AM - 7 PM), and occasional CI shifts (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM), with regular rest days
