We offer a vast range of roles spanning the UK, all rooted in a culture that welcomes diversity, fosters talent, encourages internal movement and progression, and places safety as our number one priority.

These are necessary in order to support the businesses growth plans and our missions of Keeping Britain Trading and Enabling the Energy Transition. These changes will position the E&AM function to provide an optimum service to our internal and external customers and will ensure we manage the businesses interests in both the short and long terms.

As a member of the Engineering Leadership team responsible for developing and delivering the overall business strategy, you will set the vision for the site, determining any KPI’s and objectives for the team.
