They're looking for a highly technical Engineering Manager to lead the migration of applications, data, and infrastructure to their platform. The role involves managing a diverse engineering team to own and implement effective migration solutions that improve both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a team of migration engineers, providing leadership and support.
• Develop and enforce best practices for migration engineering.
• Plan and execute complex migration projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams to align technical projects with business objectives.
• Set professional development plans, performance metrics, and team goals.
• Oversee engineering projects to ensure successful completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development or engineering, particularly in leadership roles.
• Strong track record in managing complex engineering and migration projects.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Java frameworks, architecture, and/or development.
• Excellent project management and delivery skills.
