Electrician - South East & South West London

Salary: £35,047 - £40,730 per annum
Location: South East & South West London

We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across residential and commercial projects with a competitive salary, company vehicle, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out periodic inspections, testing, and remedial work on electrical installations.
2. Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).
3. Perform remedial work following EICR reports.
4. Work across residential and commercial properties to complete installations and repairs.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent).
2. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
3. City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 (Inspection & Testing).
4. Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
5. Full UK driving licence (at least 1 year of driving experience).
6. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Desirable Skills

1. Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom systems, or fire alarms.
2. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
