The Overview:

With so many electrical roles around at present - both permanent and contract - what would make this opportunity stand out? This represents a unique opportunity to come into a company looking for a qualified, hungry electrical professional who is looking to develop their career to the 'next level'.

We have a track record of placing people in this company over the last 11 years across the UK, and every single person (that's 24!) is still there, with 7 of these being promoted into management or projects. It offers you the opportunity to be trained on unique equipment that will undoubtedly further your career.

Our client:

We have worked with major electrical players over the years, and this multinational company is expanding in the UK, giving it a unique feel. They manufacture their own electrical equipment provided to numerous sectors worldwide and train new staff around such complex equipment.

The role itself:

This company has a team of service and commissioning engineers across the UK who service and commission their equipment. Due to growth, they are looking to bring in another team member to carry out such duties. You will be trained on all their equipment in a customer-facing role, usually working with directors of client companies to build relationships. The role is home-based, allowing you to plan and manage your own days with real autonomy.

About you:

We are looking for electrical professionals who want to develop their skillset on bigger, more complex equipment or for those who have hit a 'glass ceiling' where they are. You MUST hold a JIB Gold card for this role - this is essential. Ideally, you should have industrial/commercial experience, first-class customer service skills, and a real hunger and desire to develop your career.
