Are you a Contracts Manager with an Electrical background looking for an autonomous, varied and wide-ranging role with vast progression prospects and opportunity to earn a six-figure package with a generous uncapped bonus plan and opportunities for further progression?

In this role you will manage multiple projects at once, working an even split of office and site based work. Working closely with various stakeholders you will take full ownership of electrical projects, developing plans, schedules and budgets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the management team, coordinating full project lifecycles from start to finish, whilst being rewarded with excellent bonus incentives and a great remuneration package.

The Role:

1. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth handover to clients
2. Ensure quotes and proposed scope of works align with contract documents and client needs
3. Create and update project schedules, allowing for design time and client input
4. Take commercial responsibility for clients/projects, ensuring adequate resources for success
5. Contribute to improving company systems and procedures, particularly in safety, efficiency, and profitability

The Person:

1. Electrical Contracts Manager or similar
2. M&E experience
