An established industry player in children's healthcare is seeking a motivated individual to support clinical staff in administrative tasks. This role is integral to ensuring effective communication between patients, healthcare professionals, and the Trust. You will manage patient information, assist with medical documentation, and maintain filing systems. The position offers a chance to develop your secretarial skills within a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent care. We are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic person to provide essential support to our clinical staff. Your role provides a link between the Trust, patients, their carers, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
You will handle administrative tasks, assist with medical documentation, patient information, and support clinical staff with daily operations. Additionally, you'll ensure seamless cover during absences, and promote communication across departments.
Familiarity with hospital systems such as SysmOne, EDMS, or Careflow would be beneficial, but is not essential.
