Job description

Burman Recruitment is a specialist recruiter within the Higher Education sector, working with the largest Universities and Education providers to deliver large scale programmes across the UK.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for candidate resourcing and the candidate journey across specific projects, accounts, and clients.

Duties
  • Working directly with our Permanent & Contract Directors to resource across a number of very busy accounts and projects.
  • Managing the candidate journey through first introductions, job qualification, interview management, and placement compliance.
  • Growing your professional brand.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through national Job Boards and LinkedIn as well as proactively targeting passive candidates in the market.
  • Ensuring the best possible customer service and supporting our feedback strategy.
  • Successful candidate will be enrolled in the company training programme, to develop knowledge and skills.
