Your Role:
You will join the kitchen brigade, preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and hazard-free. You will support the Chefs de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and achieving all departmental targets.
