Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in the health sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects that deliver benefits to health and healthcare, using agile and collaborative approaches. You will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, lead small to medium sized complex commissions and support major complex new build schemes in London. This is a great chance to take the lead and grow your career within our leading Health and Education Division.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniques
  2. Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities
  3. Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies
  4. Ensure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards
  5. Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement
  6. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the project or programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators
  7. Evaluate the impact and benefits of the project or programme, using evidence-based methods and tools
Qualifications
  1. Post-graduate level professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognised)
  2. Degree in a relevant field (preferable)
  3. Demonstrated experience of delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle
  4. Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts
  5. Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and resources
  6. Agile and collaborative mindset, with the ability to adapt and adjust to changing needs and feedback
