Bumble is looking for a talented Pricing Manager with a deep understanding of customer purchase behaviour to drive our Pricing and Promotion Strategy. The role will be key in optimising acquisition and retention of payers.

This role will be based in London, UK reporting to the Pricing Lead, and is not currently eligible for sponsorship.

What You'll Do:
  1. Define and execute the pricing and promotion strategy across Bumble and Badoo partnering with the Senior Pricing Manager.
  2. Own the payer journey from a pricing perspective and contribute to the cross-functional unit to build the pricing strategy during the user lifecycle.
  3. Closely collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, Payments and Billing, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure best-in-class process and execution.
  4. Collaborate with Analytics to build deep customer understanding and strategies for pricing optimisations, A/B test setup, monitoring, and understanding of results.
About You:
  1. 4+ years in a comparable role, with a proven track record of successfully driving value through implementing successful pricing, promotion, and discount initiatives.
  2. Experience with both consumables and subscription products.
  3. Ability to extract actionable insights from data and research.
  4. Experience with setting up and interpreting A/B tests.
  5. Good understanding of pricing strategies, modelling processes, and risk management.
  6. Good understanding of behavioural science and value-based pricing.
  7. Comfortable working with Product and Data Science teams.
  8. Experience in the Gaming or Dating industry preferred but not required.
  9. Knowledge of modelling and algorithms preferred.
  10. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you communicate daily with world-class talent from our global teams including Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Payments & Billing, Legal, and Engineering.
  11. You are positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach.
  12. You are a problem solver and a forward thinker.
  13. You are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight.
  14. You have excellent time management skills and know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces.
  15. You have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  16. You are deeply passionate about Bumble's brand vision and values.
  17. You can build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead on your vision.
  18. You are passionate about leading, managing, and inspiring cross-functional teams.
