FH invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. The Surrey-Newton Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) has a telemedicine locum position available.
Our UPCC opened in the Newton neighbourhood of Surrey, BC in May 2020. We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals, and administrative support.
You will participate in the delivery of team-based primary care services through the clinic by providing remote support for longitudinal patients. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and manage a panel of patients. We aim to provide patient-centered and trauma-informed care to our clients. Experience in mental health, OAT, and working with at-risk populations will be an asset.
